If you have an established VPN in Windows 10:
Sometimes you cannot get the “Disconnect” button to display when you want to disconnect the VPN… Previously I had a number of VPNs so my work-around was to click a NON established VPN and then click back on the VPN I wanted to disconnect. This would then display the disconnect button.
Now I only have 1 VPN… so this work around isn’t an option:
In this case if you click off VPN in the left pane and click onto Dial-up for example and then back to VPN (see image above for details) you can now click the VPN in the right pane and the disconnect button will be magically displayed.
You can then click Disconnect to actually disconnect the VPN… Phew!
